Long-standing nutritional deficiencies can be corrected with diet and supplementation by relating nutritional needs to the body’s organs and functions. By helping your body normalize itself, this will help encourage weight loss, improve energy, decrease fatigue, and improve its reaction to stress.
One-on-One Consultation
Each one of us is biochemically unique, and our focus is on you, as an induvial. There is no cookie-cutter approach. In our one-on-one sessions, we will evaluate nutritional imbalances that may be present and suggest specific foods and supplements tailored to your personal needs, guiding you every step of the way in order to achieve optimal nutritional health.
This includes:
- Prior to consultation:
- Introductory phone call, skype or facetime to go over your goals and how we may be of help
- Leading up to the initial consultation:
- Recording a personal food journal and filling out a symptoms questionnaire
- Creation of your customized plan, including your nutrition, supplementation and exercise protocols.
- 1 hour in-person consultation:
- Review of personal food journal and symptoms questionnaire
- Explanation of your customized plan (take-home)
- Tailored strategies to further ensure success
